“As you can see, my leadership coaching background is extensive. But if there is one thing that my experience has taught me, it is the critical importance of context.
“There is, perhaps, a hidden truth in the old joke about the person who, on asking for directions, is told that he’s starting in the wrong place. Of course, one can never really start in the wrong place – we are where we are. But understanding where we are has to be the first step to planning how to get to where we want to be.
“I am passionate about awakening performance in leaders of all types and getting people to think, feel and behave differently.”

Adopting a bespoke approach to coaching, underpinned by behavioural and ontological principles, Neela is highly creative in her choice of the most appropriate models and tools to suit individual clients and their objectives. She aims to help you maximise the effectiveness of your relationships and your ability to change. This means not just a focus on behaviour, strategy, process and sustainability but also on how you react to them.
Experience
• As an entrepreneur and former board-level executive, Neela has spent the last 10
years as an executive coach-mentor working with start up organisations through to
global brands going through complex change
• Her industry experience spans pharmaceutical, telecoms, finance, engineering &
construction, logistics, defence, utilities, energy and ‘cleantech’ industries as well as
the NHS and NGOs
• In addition to working extensively in the public and private sectors, Neela has also
coach-mentored social enterprises and venture capitalists to prepare for successful
investment outcomes
