EMBEDDING SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH SYSTEMIC BEHAVIOUR CHANGE & LEADERSHIP (3 day)
Using the Integral Sustainability approach, Neela and our highly experienced coaches / trainers will take the organisation through a journey which explores the individuals’ values, the cultural values of the organisation, behaviours in relationship to sustainability objectives, as well as the dynamic of external stakeholders and the environment. Creative tools and techniques are used to support and guide participants through the journey which help generate valuable insight into blockers, enablers, relationships and potential action points. Enabling systemic change is at the heart of this workshop.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS MASTERCLASS (1& 2 DAY)
These masterclasses are designed for senior managers and board-level influencers and decision makers - senior and non-executive directors, CSR committees and company secretaries.
